Con el compromiso del patrono de emplear a todo aquel participante que complete satisfactoriamente el adiestramiento, y para el cual pagará no menos del 50% del costo del adiestramiento.
- Internado Limitado para Jóvenes ('IL') - Esta actividad esta diseñada para exponer a los jóvenes con el mundo del trabajo, desarrollando sus destrezas. Los participantes recibirán el salario mínimo federal mediante pago directo a través de la Unidad de Nómina y Personal del Programa WIA por el tiempo que dure el adiestramiento.
- Jóvenes en Verano - Durante las actividades del verano, el patrono podrá beneficiarse de los internados limitados para jóvenes por un período de un mes. Al no haber un compromiso de colocación el patrono aportará costos para un (1) joven por cada tres (3) jóvenes que pague el Programa WIA.
